Bell Condos is a luxurious six-story residential building with community amenities such as large terraces, storage, laundry, parking, and recreational space.
The existing site consisted of two residential dwellings which were demolished to merge two zoning and tax lots into one. The 21,705 SF building was built as a condominium in one of the most affluent areas of Northern Queens. The building has 11 residential units and four community facility spaces.

Surrounded by the most diverse neighborhoods in Manhattan, 6 Saint Nicholas Terrace, is among New York City’s most historical areas, West Harlem. West Harlem is recognized for its impressive churches and series of row houses. Near this structure are many transportation units and the Hudson River.
The scope of our work included the renovation of an existing five-story, multi-family residential building with 15 dwelling units comprising a total of 10,420 square feet. The renovations included new floor layout, partitions, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms. All approvals, permits and Letter of Completion were obtained by our office.
