Construction of a new one story, 5,250 square feet modular building, to be used as offices.
The design features few interior columns to allow for maximum flexibility. It uses high-efficiency, energy saving interior light fixtures with occupancy sensor controls in all rooms, and low VOC paints.

Construction of a seven-story horizontal extension to the existing hospital to house new facilities.
We were retained by the prime contractor to obtain all Department of Buildings permits and obtain a Temporary and Final Certificate of Occupancy.
