As Senior Project Manager, he prepares billing procedures and proposals, attends site visits, and maintains ongoing client-relationships throughout the duration of each project. He reviews and strategizes Site Safety Logistics Plans (for Capital Construction Projects) regarding milestones, risks, and issues to mitigate any project setbacks. He meets with plan examiners for reviews and project approval from inception to completion.
